H. Moser & Cie. Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy
At the heart of the watchmaking savannah, H. Moser & Cie. captures the essence of rarity and unveils the Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy. Blending elegance and robustness, this model is equally at home on land and in water, with its 5N red gold case water-resistant to 12 ATM. Within the perfectly balanced dimensions of this 40-mm case, H. Moser & Cie. has housed its HMC 805 automatic calibre with flying tourbillon featuring a double hairspring. With its Burgundy dial, a brand-new addition to the Pioneer collection, the Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy is utterly resplendent, ready both to conquer the elements and bask in admiring glances.
Designed to push the limits and stylishly adapt to all of life's daily challenges, the Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy is elegant and hard-wearing in equal measure. With its 5N red gold case and water resistance to 12 ATM, it defies conventions. Its Burgundy fumé dial, featuring the H. Moser & Cie. logo in transparent lacquer, captures the light and enhances the warmth of the red gold. Its khaki strap adds a touch of adventurous spirit to this elegant and timeless piece.
Behind its apparent simplicity lies a masterpiece of engineering: a tourbillon movement with a double hairspring, a symbol of excellence and precision. Thanks to this pair of matched hairsprings, produced by H. Moser & Cie.'s sister company, Precision Engineering AG., the movement of the point of gravity on each spring when it expands is corrected, significantly improving accuracy and isochronism in continual pursuit of perfection. In addition, the paired hairsprings also reduce the effect of friction normally experienced with a single hairspring, improving isochronism even further. Finally, thanks to its unique design, the tourbillon is an interchangeable module, assembled and regulated independently of the movement via a simple Plug &
Play system which allows for easy servicing. The result is a watch which is equally at home in the urban jungle and the great outdoors.
The HMC 805 automatic Manufacture calibre replaces the HMC 804, providing clever updates such as a wider opening onto the mechanism through partially skeletonised bridges, combined with a highly contemporary anthracite grey finish. This opening allows the gear train and bi-directional automatic winding system wheels to be viewed, while the rotor has also been bevelled so as to not obstruct the view of the movement, which still guarantees a power reserve of at least 3 days.
The Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy is an invitation to explore the unknown, a celebration of audacity and refinement. Truly rare by nature, it embodies the DNA of H. Moser & Cie., where tradition meets innovation in a spirit of freedom.
